Switching during ongoing operations
The Swiss engineering and planning company Amstein + Walthert is moving to the new Seamless version, modernising its Microsoft 365 based project platform in the process.
As part of this transition, the existing SharePoint classic project rooms were upgraded to modern SharePoint Team Sites. This step away from classic SharePoint makes sense: Microsoft still supports the older SharePoint sites but is no longer developing them further. Modern sites, on the other hand, integrate seamlessly into Microsoft 365 — from Teams to Planner and Loop, all the way to Power Automate.
