Who can start a trial?
To ensure a smooth trial experience, a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator is required to start the 30-day trial. The administrator must grant the required permissions (consent) and configure Seamless in the company’s Microsoft 365 tenant.

What's required to start a trial?
  • You must have an active Microsoft 365 subscription with Business Basic or higher.
  • An administrator must grant the required permissions to the Seamless admin center and the app.
  • To create teams or invite guests, administrators must configure templates and policies in the Seamless admin center.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial lasts 30 days and gives you full access to all group and guest governance features. It starts once the app is approved by your organisation.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No, a credit card is not required. The Seamless license procurement is handled via Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace. Activation is instant, and billing and invoicing are managed by Microsoft. Subscriptions can be managed in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Azure Portal.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
You will receive an in-app notification before your free trial ends. To continue using Seamless with full functionality for your organisation, you must purchase licenses via Microsoft AppSource or the Azure Marketplace.
